Teach, Love, and Inspire

Welcoming January has most of us reflecting on this past year and what it means to us. For some, it is time spent with family that we have not seen or have been able to hug in over a year. For others, it is the ending to a trying and exhausting year. Often we get caught up in the minutia of working, taking our children to basketball practice, and sometimes just forgetting to breathe.

So much goes on in the background of our lives that we miss out and forget the great things that are happening right in front of our very own eyes.

Stop and be proud of what you have accomplished in 2021, whether it's small or large.

Many educators and administrators have conquered what they thought they never could this year. We have seen our educators and administrators find courage, confidence, innovation, and most importantly find hope and happiness.

As our unsung heroes, your continued love for these students has taught them that challenging the impossible is possible. You unknowingly gave them hope when they felt there was none and continued to inspire them when they felt lost.

The SCV Education Foundation sees you, appreciates you, and commends you. We are truly thankful for your hearts and bravery.

"Take heart, because one day, when history looks back and remembers the heroes in this fight, you will be among them." - Shalene Roberts

The SCV Education Foundation provides support and promotes innovation and excellence in education through community engagement and investment opportunities in fifty-five Santa Clarita Valley schools. Please consider donating and help us continue to support our community's educators.
